Grace Church in New York

Grace hosts the monthly NYC Faith+Tech meetup. Their support for our group means the world to us. We're extremely thankful for Grace Church.

Grace Church is for those of you who appreciate a more classical approach to church. The people are friendly, there are lots of families and fun events for young people. The choir is spectacular and the preaching is first rate.

The first time I walked into Grace Church, the sheer beauty and holiness of the space moved me to my core. Today, as the Rector of the church, I like to think that we offer a gracious, traditional, thoughtful approach to Christianity in the company of a diverse, friendly, fun congregation. As the Assistant Rector, I am most excited about the wonderful variety of folks at Grace Church who are eager to be on their faith journeys and have joined in with the worship community here in so many different ways. It is also a blessing to see people worship and otherwise not be dismayed by the temporary distraction of all the scaffolding required for the restoration work as we prepare to receive our new organ in 2012.

Grace Church is a wonderful mixture of faith, culture, tradition, beauty, and good times! I am thoroughly enjoying all that Grace has to offer including retreats, monthly Sunday brunch, socially oriented volunteer activities, sushi Fridays, provocative Bible Study Group discussions, and summer BBQs. All of the above mixed with a core commitment to community outreach and service. Truly Amazing Grace!!

I began coming to Grace Church two years ago and quickly fell in love with the engaging and dedicated clergy and the friendliness of the parishoners. The outreach and social activities offer something of interest for everyone and the church itself is breathtaking. Volunteers welcome visitors on weekend afternoons when the church is open to visitors, and walking tours are offered on the first and third Sundays at 1pm - it's a great way to become acquainted with the church and its parishoners!
