Victory Outreach Tucson City Church, is church orientated Christian Ministry called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ. This call involves a commitment to plant and develop churches,rehabilitation homes and training centers, in strategic cities of the world. Victory Outreach inspires and installs within people the desire to fulfill their potential in life with a sense of dignity,belonging, and destiny. Victory Outreach works with others of mutual purpose in accomplishing the task before us. Love God, Love People.

Valerie J VargasI have been to victory outreach in San Antonio,Texas with pastor Freddy Gracia. I moved to Tucson Ax in 1995 then I started going here I was also in the women home when sister Sharon and her husband ran the home I was there an year. Pastor George well is now but he was running the men home here now I think him and Kathy are in coolidge Az now with his own church and men home. I love everything the holy sprit really moves strong and the you can feel all the love in the church. No one judge you or treats you disrespectfully. Its all one big happy family.
