We're Christians only, but we know that we're not the only Christians. We believe that God loves all of us. We have no creeds or doctrines. We believe in Jesus Christ, who meets us where we're at. We celebrate the Lord's Supper every week, and all are invited to the Table, no matter how or when you were baptized. If you are new on your faith journey, or have been walking it your whole life, Simpsonville Christian Church is a safe place to explore, ask tough questions, and find deep community. You are welcome to worship with us here, no matter where you've been.

What to Expect

What are services like?
The service is traditional (meaning we sing hymns and use an organ). You can also expect some more contemporary praise music and occasional special music featuring piano, guitar, violin and a cappella. Our preacher does not robe or preach from behind a pulpit. The sermons are dynamic, uplifting, Biblical and relevant to our lives.

What is the community like?
The congregation is multigeneration. We have LOTS of children and youth. It is not unusual for 30% of the people in service on Sunday to be under 18. Our programming for children and youth is terrific. We are hospitable, friendly and we love to cook. Our Fellowship Meals (third Sunday of the month) are legendary. We are diverse in background, socioeconomic status, political beliefs and age. We believe that there is lots of room in God's Kingdom for God's children.
