Kaylee Applegarth
Family Life Pastor

Tyler and Kaylee love leading children into a relationship with God. Tyler graduated from the University of Valley Forge with a BS in Early Childhood Education and Kaylee will be graduating in May 2016 with a BS in Psychology Counseling. Tyler and Kaylee create an environment where children can learn about Jesus in ways that they can not only understand, but that also engage and interest them. In their spare time, they enjoy mini-golfing, visiting zoos and aquariums, and traveling.

Rev. David Marin
Adult Education

David grew up in the Bronx, NY and loves to serve people. He has experience working in outreach ministries, supporting churches who want to bring God’s Word to urban areas, working with youth, and leading small Bible groups and classes. David pursued Pastoral Ministries at the University of Valley Forge and continues to serve at Evangel because he wants to see the church and the community touched and empowered by God. He currently leads our Monday night Prayer Power Hour and Wednesday night Bible Study. David is fluent in Spanish and loves to play basketball in his free time.

Javier & Nikki Robles
Creative Arts Directors

Javier and Nikki live and breathe music, media, and production. Both graduates of the Digital Media Communications program at the University of Valley Forge, they enthusiastically use their talents to serve at Evangel. Javier manages the technical parts of Evangel, keeping everything "up and running" and always looking for more innovative ways to use technology at Evangel. Nikki serves as the graphic designer and overall marketing manager for the church. They have been married since March 2013 and have two adopted dogs named Scoop and Teddy.

Josh Cuello
Pastoral Assistant

Josh came to Evangel as a freshman at the University of Valley Forge. As his friendship with Pastor Jonathan grew, he began taking on tasks and responsibilities to help the church out in any way he could. Today, he is responsible for many administrative and financial tasks that are important to the strength and growth of Evangel. His heart and mind continually look to God for inspiration and guidance. Josh will soon complete his degree concentrating in Pastoral Ministry and hopes to one day be involved in international ministry. Josh values family highly and in his spare time he loves to draw and study the Japanese language.

Jonathan and Jackie Robles
Lead Pastors

Pastor Jonathan Robles was born in New York City and raised in Northern New Jersey. At a very young age he knew that there was a special call on his life. Throughout his childhood, God confirmed that call on his life numerous times. His father, Rev. Leonel Robles, was called to ministry and church planting. Pastor Jonathan served faithfully next to his father as he and his family went forward into a life of ministry together. Both in leading him and giving him opportunities where he could step out in ministry himself, Rev. Leonel Robles offered many valuable teachings to Pastor Jonathan and helped to form him into the Pastor he is today. Pastor Jonathan has a strong desire to see the local church rise and reach the lost for Jesus in Norristown and beyond. Pastor Jonathan also serves as the Police Chaplain for the Norristown Police Department. Pastor Jonathan and Pastor Jackie have been married since May 2014 and added a beautiful baby boy to their family in October 2015. Pastor Jackie grew up in Maryland and attended the University of Valley Forge where she graduated with her BS in Business. She manages the church finances and leads women events and groups at Evangel, among many other things. Pastor Jonathan and Pastor Jackie are both Spanish-speaking.
