Church at the Grove develops people to follow Jesus and make disciples.

We do this by creating environments where people can explore faith through God’s Word, encouraging where people can encounter community with others, and starting discussions to extend the love of God to others in our community and around the world.

What to Expect

What are services like?
We understand that visiting a church for the first time may be a little intimidating. At Church at the Grove we seek to provide you with a comfortable environment to investigate God at your own pace. When you arrive at the church there will be friendly faces directing you where to go, to answer any questions and to make you feel welcomed at Church at the Grove. We strive to be the church that brings truth and people together, and it is our desire that you have the best experience possible. So whether you are dropping your kids off at the nursery, filling up your coffee cup at our coffee and breakfast bar, or sitting in our worship service - we want you to know that you are a valued guest at our church. Here are a few questions that we get: How Should I Dress?: Church at the Grove is a very casual church. Our ministry team will be dressed in jeans, but we want our guests to feel comfortable in whatever they choose to wear. So come as you are! What About My Kids?: We provide a nursery and Kid's Grove (kid's church) during the worship service for ages 0-5th grade. This is optional, but we seek to provide a safe, relevant and fun environment for your children. (For more specific information on CATG's children's ministry please e-mail [email protected]) What Kind Of Music Do You Have?: We are a completely contemporary church and most Sundays we have a full band. When and Where: We meet on Sunday mornings at 10:30am at Walnut Grove High School and Social Circle Middle School.

What is the community like?
When you arrive at Church at the Grove you will be warmly greeted. You will find friendly faces welcoming you as you drop your kids off in our Kids Grove environment.

What if I'm not a Christian?
If you are not yet a Christian we would love for you to still come and be part of our Sunday morning experiences. We try hard to make all the messages encouraging and practical for everyday life. Weather you have never been to church or if you have been burned out because of church would will be welcomed and will most likely enjoy our services.
